I would appreciate very much if I could receive from you an instruction on how to write a progress note about mobility impairment........... I got your sample progress note but it did not include this subject. Thank you very much for your support .

Hi Ngoc, I would need to know a bit more about the resident, but for mobility impairment, these are some familiar details I would include in a note:
You may want to state how often they can independently attend activities, i.e., they were able to wheel themselves to the days activities 3 x a week. Or if they are dependent, you can mention that the resident is offered transport to activities of his/her choice 3 x a week.
Has their attendance to activities declined due to mobility impairment? What activities have been adapted to suit the mobility impairment? Do they often fall asleep in their chair? Are they able to transfer easily or need assistance?
I'm not sure if this helps, but if you provide a bit more detail I can try to be more specific.
I cannot believe it has been a full year since I started using Golden Carers. I remember going back and forth mentally if I wanted to try something new or keep on paying for an older resource that we didn't use often and was much more expensive for the entire year. I'm so glad I chose to make the switch and now here I am renewing my membership for the 2nd year. This site is great! Keep up the good work
