Try Resetting Your Password

You can reset and email yourself a new password using the Forgot Password feature.

If you have already tried with no success, please double check your spam folder or search for an email from [email protected]

If this doesn't work, please send us an email with your account details

Pay / Renew Membership

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Renew under your name
  3. Select a payment method to pay

I already have an account

Anyone with a Golden Carers account can create an invoice:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Renew under your name
  3. Select the Invoice payment method, and click Create Invoice

I don't have an account

If you don't have an account create one here first. Once created you can select the Invoice payment method and create an invoice.

I need an invoice for someone else

Please send us an email with the persons Full Name + Email Address. We will create the account and send you an invoice.

Help us locate your payment

Please send us an email with any payment details you have. For example: the payment method used, approximate date it was paid, invoice number, etc.

Update Your Account Details

You can change your account details, including email address, company / facility, and location.

  1. Login to your account
  2. If you're already logged in, click Account in the main menu
  3. Click Edit Account under your name
  4. Update your details and save
