Hi, Gail,

I purchased from www. box 'n' au of sitting dances kit for $84.95. It was rather expensive but I thought I would take a gamble. when I looked at it at home I was disappointed. It wasn't what I was hoping. At the time I was looking for dance routines like rock 'n" roll, Charleston etc. Any way, I decided to show my clients the DVD and started to play the first track .This DVD shows the lady doing the movements and you simply follow along with her.

The clients loved it and so we now how dance exercises every week. So I guess my judgement was wrong , you never know what is going to work.
Perhaps give this one ago.

Cheers Debbie

Hi Gail,
I brought my chair dancing DVD from America last year. Its "Dancing through the decades" and it cost me about $28 including postage. You can also buy chair yoga and chair stretching. Most of my residents are high care and they really enjoy it. I always sit out front and do the session without using my legs, so my residents have confidence in themselves that they can do it also. The web link is Goodluck
