I have recently commenced work as a full-time activities coordinator and am wondering if anyone can give me some suggestions of how they organize their days time wise. Like how many hours do most coordinator allow for group activities, exercise, one on one and what kind of time frame do they have for planning and reports and how often do you plan bus outings. I’m looking forward to hearing from you.

Then I have to feed residents and then in the afternoons we do our bigger actives such as house, crafts, van outings. I work form 10:30 till 4, 5 days a week.hope this helps
Dear Larissa, Thank you very much for your reply. I needed to hear what others are doing to see if I am on the right track, as I never seem to have an enough hours in the day too. Jennifer
I truly am so grateful I have found this group. I am looking forward to your emails everyday and it feels like it has given me a new lease on my working life as I went through a rough patch for a while. So thank you from the bottom of my heart for what you do!
