Hi everyone, I', Patty. Can anyone help me with my unit CHCAC317A (support older people to maintain their independence) in obtaining the following: As part of my assignment I am required to:

Find the accepted organisational practice of a workplace and answer the following questions and provide a copy of the relevant documents.

1. How services are delivered both on a daily and long-term basis?

2. How are these practices developed?

3. How are they implemented?

4. Who is responsible for implementation?
