What can we help with?

Pay / Renew Membership

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Renew under your name
  3. Select a payment method to pay

I already have an account

Anyone with a Golden Carers account can create an invoice:

  1. Login to your account
  2. Click Renew under your name
  3. Select the Invoice payment method, and click Create Invoice

I don't have an account

If you don't have an account create one here first. Once created you can select the Invoice payment method and create an invoice.

I need an invoice for someone else

Please send us an email with the persons Full Name + Email Address. We will create the account and send you an invoice.

If you paid using Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal

So that we can sort this out quickly for you please email us with the payment method used and date of payment.

If you paid with an Invoice

Sometimes we receive payments without reference to who they are for, so please email us if you have paid an invoice but the account has not been activated.

Update Your Account Details

You can change your account details, including email address, company / facility, and location.

  1. Login to your account
  2. If you're already logged in, click Account in the main menu
  3. Click Edit Account under your name
  4. Update your details and save
