Hi, was just wondering what sort of paperwork everyone is required to do at their facility? I'm trying to find a template I can modify for our rest home/hospital that has everything we need to put down but also doesn't require hours of paperwork each week. Any suggestions would be great!

These days a lot of facilities are going online too. Golden Carers has an online system for reporting that you can trial if you're interested in seeing what it's all about.
