Hello! I am an activity coordinator at a 50 person retirement home. It is my first time being an activities coordinator, and I have about 85% of my residents who only speak italian, and the rest are english speaking. I am having creativity block, and need to come up with activities that include everyone, and not play bingo for most of the week. The residents also range from various cognitive abilities. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know!

You may want to learn some simple words or get a family member who speaks both Italian and English to help you
