It's Nutrition & Hydration Week in the UK from 15th March. Can anyone suggest any fun activities to boost hydration. Was thinking mocktail making, guess the juice etc. Ideally ideas that I can take round on a trolley.
I love this website. I can refer back to it in a pinch when looking for a quick project or activity for the community members I work with. There are plenty of tips, as well as instructions for the activities which are so helpful.
