I work as an RAO at a facility that has a mixture of frail age and dementia residents. We are planing to pyjama party for the residents and am looking for ideas for the invitations and games .

There are many ways to make invitations
You could make them yourself and just distribute them to the residents
You could have a craft session and have the residents make invitations decorating them etc.
Or you could distribute a large paper to each resident telling them when the pajama party is
You could pass these papers out for a short craft session having the residents decorate them and then bring them back to their room
For those who do not attend a craft session make sure you hang up a paper in their room to remind them of the event
