Does anyone have any suggestions or resources for a newsletter specifically to be sent out to resident prospects?

You could adapt and modify the newsletters that are shared every month
Here is a blank newsletter template that you could use and put in why your facility would be a great place for residents

We had monthly events where we invited the community to enjoy them with the residents
We had some great entertainers that everyone loved
We also did bingo by telephone to residents in the community who might benefit from nursing home care in the future
There are many activities you can share with the community
