Yes you can :)
Once you've downloaded the calendar, you can drag your company logo into Word (usually a JPG or PNG is best). Then, right click the logo and click "Wrap Text", then "In Front of Text". That way it will float above your calendar, and you can place it anywhere you like.
Attached is an example I quickly did to show you what I mean.
