Hi folks, Can anyone one offer some advise please as I feel that I am not managing to do much in the way of group activities. I do plenty of one - one but this limits the amount of residents I can engage with in my day. I find I struggle with activities because so many of my residents are at different levels of dementia.as well as the mental health side varying ages and types of phsicosi.
I have joined today and am so amazed by the sheer amount of joy it brings me and my residents. The variety of tools Golden Carers has is mind-boggling. It has given me a new lease of confidence. Amazing guys!
