I'm interested in compiling a more extensive list of cultural events & celebrations through out the year as I work in a facility in western Sydney which is very multicultural eg indian celebrations

I am looking forward to the responses you receive Leanne. As a new coordinator we have very little cultural events and while we don't have the biggest range of nationalities, I still want to make sure everyone is accommodated.

To Leane who works in multicultural facility. I found that Indian cooking, snacks such as pakoras, or samosas were a big hit with the residents, including the Aussie residents. Ask a family member to help with the program and you will find the residents will truly enjoy it. Happy to let you know how I went.
