My short answer is it depends
What do you already have?
What do you think you need?
What is the physical and mental condition of the seniors you are serving?
What do they like to do?
Do you want to use this money to raise more money??
Is this going to be for a party or a celebration?
Perhaps you can give me the answers to these questions so I could be of more help or perhaps you could answer them yourself and figure out what you want to do
