Hi everyone! Just wondering if anyone has issues concerning budget. I would love to do activities from golden carers, but most of them we can't do as our budget is so tight at my facility.

Have you tried fundraising are asking families and staff for donations??
I had good luck posting signs when I needed something such as ties, scarves, and alike

I would try fundraising or if you have a Facebook page for your facility, post on their ahead that you're looking for certain items and ask if anyone has any they are willing to donate. I have gone to local business and talked to them about donating certain items. Most are very willing to help in any way possible. After they donate I will make a Thank you post on Facebook and tag the business or person in it and what they donated. I also have all the residents sign a Thank you card.
