Golden Carers has been a God send to me. The person before me left me winging it. So, I found Golden Carers in an internet search. I use the calendar, lots of the activity ideas, but the most appreciated is the different ideas from other members. Sometimes knowing what works in other facilities is so helpful.... I am wondering if someone can help me, I am wanting to do a "My Life story" for an elderly person I care for. They have new carers coming into the program and finding it a bit stressful to communicate at times. There is language, cultural and dementia barriers to add to some of the frustration.
Is there anywhere I could get a template from, or Ideas on how/what to put in.
