I have been looking for evaluation tools for programs that need to be revised and either replaced or removed from our monthly schedule. I was wondering if anyone from other centers have an existing tool or how do you go about evaluating your programs? I do my daily/monthly statistics and we can see if numbers drop. I am looking more to see if any other centers do this. Thank you.
