Can anyone from Australia show me your mobile ice-cream/kiosk trolley set ups? I'd like to know where you got them from if purchased. I've been given a donation to use towards the purchase of one. We currently just use a black 3 tier utility cart. Thanks in advance!

Silver Sneakers CD's have some great beat music for seniors exercise class. I +ask the physio for some exercises, google some and then incorporate some chair dancing and weights to change it up. I also ask each Resident at the end of the class to give us an exercise to do to finish off.

You could do a thank you wall. Use different coloured paper and have clients pick a word they use to describe the carers. Then stick them up onto one wall for everyone to see. I also would put a big sign in the middle or at the top saying Thank You or What we think of our carers? You could also stick photo's up between the comments?

Pride Month: Do any of your Homes celebrate Pride Month and if so what sort of activities do you conduct for this? So far I'm thinking a colourful day, staff dressing up in bright colours, rainbow cakes however not sure what else. TIA
