Hi everyone, I have for a long time thought that working with senior would be the job that would make me happy, I worked in the activity's department when I was in my teens now at 47. I really am trying to find away to change my career. I have working in constitution for 13 years now while raising my kids. I have a back round in organizing events and helping at the kids school, ceramic teacher etc. I really find my self draw to my elders and I believe I could help. Is there anything that I can do to make myself more appealing when I decide to go for it. I am guessing your going to start with volunteer! Any advice would be wonderful.
I am loving the Golden Carers membership. I am finding great resources that I used on the first day of membership. The membership is of much value working as both an Activities Director, and also an Activities Consultant. I look forward to continuing to use the site and also the forum.
