Could you get old appliances e.g. toasters and give him a screw driver to fix (dismantle) it Cut the cords off so he cannot plug them in.

Giant Snakes and Ladders for any size group

I got an old thermal curtain at an op shop. I drew the game on the plain side. The residents coloured it in and then we played the game. I got a large soft dice at a $2 shop. It has been a great hit.
