Hello there! I have a resident that was just admit which is deaf and communicate thru sign language, there is no one in my building that can sign, and the resident don't write. Is there any suggestions, or flash cards, no family.
Good Morning: I looking for a format for quip/CQI, and I have been focusing on Resident Council, I have been doing Resident Council on a individual basis.
Am looking for example or PDF/ Format of any of sample how to write it up or present, my current system isn't working it is very redundant.
Care-Panning, the resources for Care-Planning is more geared to Assistant Living, is there any care-plan examples, Interventions example for long term care residents, SNF/Skill care.
A lot of skill residents that is admit usually express a self direct interest and a preferred setting to be in room, st times am running into residents that states a variety of current interest but has no interest engaging into, And that is when the activity trigger happens of having little interest or pleasure in doing things.
Our residents are frequently exhibit a significant change which triggers a CAA, the CAA worksheet, really focus (to me) if there is a new admit that triggers in Activities. So here is the questions:
1, Example CAA for a S/C on an existing resident.
2. CAA fro new resident that triggers for Activity.
Your site is easy to use, I use it more often than the one our consultant has set up! I use so many of your ideas and love the Facebook page where everyone shares ideas, concerns and triumphs! I feel connected to a big wonderful caring society! I am always telling my co-workers how awesome Golden Carers is. I feel it is more in touch with the needs of my residents than many of the other Recreational Therapy sites.
