Care plan template wanted. I have noted the information on https://www.goldencarers.com/care-plans/ but there are no templates. I am particularly searching for a template for use in an aged care facility for teaching purposes. Most care plans are digital these days. Does anyone know where I can find a downloadable template? Many thanks in advance. Susan
