We have set up a horse racing game... The course is made up on a long roll of white craft paper. I took in some toy horses, the residents throw the dice and we move the horses for them!

Hi, I am the Lead Activities Coordinator in Royal Wootton Bassett, Wiltshire, England. We have a few residents who would love to get involved. It is a 3 storey 64 bed home. One of my residents is 91 years old and has travelled the world as a flight engineer in the R.A.F. and he has such interesting things to say!
My email address is [email protected]
We would love to chat anyone in England or abroad

Hi we have a blind resident who thoroughly enjoys painting with sponges and also her fingers. She will literally just run her fingers through it. If they are not keen on the paint on their hands you could put a pair of surgical gloves on them. You could also use pasta and paint and glue on a piece of card then they will experience the sensory side of it also.
