Hi everyone
I’m just about to start my first day being an Activities Coordinator. I have never done this before, but have been a Carer at the Scheme for over three years, so know the residents well.
I just wanted to thank you all for all the ideas that appear here and all the feedback on what works well. My Scheme is an assisted living Scheme, so more able bodied residents, and because of Golden Carers, I feel more/better equipped to start my new role
