How to host a Christmas in July Party

Good morning. I wanted to reply by saying, I work at many Senior Dining Centers. So all the seniors that attend are very alert and active. Actually it was their idea to have a Christmas in July gathering. We will be having many decorations up. a great meal will be served, and we will be singing many Christmas carols with our volunteer who plays the keyboard. I do understand it could be confusing in a facility, with dementia or Alzheimer's,
But it could also be very uplifting as well.

Hello Everyone. Looking for as many ideas for a Christmas in July Celebration, at one of my Senior Dining Centers. I have live music coming, but was looking for ideas on how to set up the tables, decorate a tree? Etc. Has anyone ever done a Christmas in July celebration? All ideas welcomed. Thank You !!

Free Activity Calendar for Seniors

Hello everyone
Thanks for all the great input. I do have another question. Is there any way you can type your activities calendar up on one background, then try it on another background, to see what looks better without retyping the whole calendar. Kind of like a highlight the whole thing then copy it to another background? TIA.
