A simple and effective way to use essential oils.
Run a warm bath
Mix 5 drops of the essential oil Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea) or Neroli (Citrus aurantium) into 10 mls of carrier oil (sweet almond or grapeseed oil). If you prefer, ready-made blends are available for purchase.
Add the oil-blend to bath water and mix well before use.
A bath of 20 to 30 minutes should do wonders; this time can be used to relax.
