My General manager,just ask me to write a speech for the day of the elder persons as we are hosting a high tea. Not sure were to start.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

What comes to my mind is to make it personal. You love your residents. Tell some funny stories about things that have happened. Tell a heartwarming story about how a resident so appreciated what you did for them. Most residents are extremely grateful.
