I have been given the task of writing 3 case studies on residents for when CQC visit.
I have no idea where to start, any help will be great please and examples.

Start with these but plug-in what applies to your residents
Also ask your boss what he wants

I think I would start with a little bit of life history, likes, hobbies that kind of thing... and then maybe explain how you help maintain interest and offer meaningful activities.
