I am looking for fun ideas for a Valentines Party. I was also wondering if any of you have forms and what they look like when planning a party. I am not a fan of the one we have here at the facility and was hoping to see some new ideas.
Hi Lynne You seem like me you are always planning ahead Have you seen this article https://www.goldencarers.com/how-to-host-a-valentines-day-party/4632/ Here are some other ideas https://www.goldencarers.com/calendar/valentines-day-activities/32/ One thing I’d like to do at a party is to address each resident by name and tell them what I love about them I tell a few residents and then we sing some songs or reminisce Of course we end the party with a sweet treat What kind of party form are you looking for one to get the kitchen to help you with food or something else??
Thank you! I will look at it. I am always so happy with the activities available. Because of Covid, our customers are spaced around the room, and all activities have to be individual. Makes it very hard sometimes. Thank you again. Lynne
I am beyond excited to have been introduced to Golden Carers. I am thrilled about what this will mean for my residents. I am a HCA and just accepted another position as an Assistant Manager in a Supportive Living facility. Thank you for this wonderful site and all the resources.
