Hi Guys,
I am an Activity Coordinator for 1,5 year and I would love if someone is sending me an example of a activity plan for a resident, like how do you plan it
Just because when I took over the lady who was before was nearly to the age of retirement and because of COVID she choose do not get back. So,I did not had a chance to get explained or to follow an example....that’s why I subscribed to golden carers because it is a great, great website full of resources and ideas, with out I will be lost.

Hi Daniela, Activity Plans or Care Plans must be based on residents' wishes and preferences, so the first thing you should do is to interview the resident - if he/she cannot tell you you may ask their relatives. Activity Plans must have goals and interventions. This link with examples may help you :
