Hi there, looking for suggestions for a piece of art work we could do with our dementia patients that can be given to a manager that is leaving. Something not to intricate would be great as we have patients at various stages of their dementia journey. Thank you.

You could do a smaller version of this and instead of saying what are you thankful for say why we are thankful for you are we like you because you’re something like that and then give each resident a leaf to decorate put it on the tree and give to the manager

You could also do this wreath except instead of Saying Gratitude day write the manager’s name
Then give each resident one of the leaves to decorate or say what they want and make the wreath
