Hello. I've only just joined this forum and I think it's amazing. My reason joining this forum is to help improve my knowledge on care planning and how to review or evaluate a care plan.Will this site be so kind on giving me a basic training on reviewing a care plan with samples. I've only been in care for 18 months and I'm really loving it. Thanks
