I have only done a c4 health and Leisure course finished end of last yr.. haven't actually worked as one yet I do homecare at moment.. but i would suggest maybe starting with the 5 senses, using main headings in care plans, review forms etc and brainstorming maybe even in a group or with a friend and see how many descriptive and appropriate words you can come up with.

Thanks for mentioning this Stephanie, I too would find it useful if there was a list of key words to draw from especially when writing a review. Even though all our residents are individual and their needs are varied I often find I am using the same words continuously. This too is mainly due to time constraints when attending to the paperwork side of things....
kind regards Ell

This will be a helpful guide. Although, I would like to see more Quarterly Review Samples, and a list of key words used when writing a Review.
Personally, I struggle to find the appropriate terminology to string together, to reflect a professional statement. Whilst we are all working within time lines and precious little time, this would be helpful.

with many thanks.
