Group exercises Rail work only for resident safety
Ask the residents to Walk backwards three steps
Also best self back massage
Have residents sit forward on thier seats part thier feet and extend thier hands arms between feet relax and breathe to avoid dizziness stay in the poistion for count of five sit up repeat five times great for soreness in the back relief
