i have done the spark of life program a while ago a very interesting concept which works very well but the only draw back i found is that if your management do not bring the concept into your facility and everyone is educated and follow the principals it is very hard to implement anyway that is what i found.
i also have done the Spark of Life program.found it to be a very interesting concept too...but I do agree with Dorothy unless all staff are on board with the program it is very hard to implement the day therapy centre where I am.
