Hi there, has anyone set up a faux business environment in dementia unit. We have a few gents all with a business background and wondering what others may have done. We have set up an office environment and now thinking of progressing to hosting a regular meeting with minutes taken, etc. Starting from Terms of Reference for the "Committee", that sort of thing. I want it to be as authentic for them as possible. I'd love to know if anyone has set up any mock spreadsheets or reports, or would know if there was a resource out there somewhere.

I am about to start by having a meeting with the residence will be involved
I would try to get a few volunteers
Maybe some people that worked with some of the residence
I like the idea of using veterans also
