Hello! I just joined today and was searching for ideas for this year’s Nursing Home Week. I know the theme is Cultivating Kindness. I considered working gardening, farming, random acts of kindness challenges into the week.. But I’m not sure if my staff will be as thrilled with that in general. What is everyone planning?

It sounds like you have some great ideas, but you are right step buying is always an issue. Hopefully you can get the help of your administrator
