I was asked to make a staff recognition activities for our nurses I do need any suggestions, please. ex if the nurse or staff do an excellent work we want to let them know they are appreciated. any suggestion.

Hi Catalina,
We have thank you post cards which are left around the home for Residents and Relatives to fill in, we then pin them up on the notice board so everyone can read them.
