What is best program to use to create a calendar large enough to be read by residents and large enough to hold information. Thanks

You can use the Calendar program on Golden Carers

If you want to display a big calendar why not do a weekly calendar, then the activities will be big enough for the residents to read
And alternant to this is to copy portions of the calendar using the enlargement aspect of the copier
You can also have a display whiteboard which you can write the name of the activities on
All of these options are somewhat time-consuming
You will have to decide which one works best for you
