Care-Panning, the resources for Care-Planning is more geared to Assistant Living, is there any care-plan examples, Interventions example for long term care residents, SNF/Skill care.

A lot of skill residents that is admit usually express a self direct interest and a preferred setting to be in room, st times am running into residents that states a variety of current interest but has no interest engaging into, And that is when the activity trigger happens of having little interest or pleasure in doing things.
