Good morning from Australia, As I've got to organise Case Conferences for my residents and their families in the facility, I want to create a list of other questions to ask the families and residents besides the clinical side of things. Does anyone have a template they follow or any ideas?
I also would to create an invitation template for the case conference. Thanks in advance
Hi Charlene I am from the United States and we had someone else nursing schedule the meetings Ha ever a few pointers because I want to the care plan meetings You want to keep the meetings as short as possible because families members tend to talk a long time because of many reasons One important reason is because they feel guilty and their family member in the facility complains to them by being there Usually social service has a lot of input in these meetings because they are the ones to resolve family issues This is not a template but it might give you some ideas It’s for resident Council meetings https://www.goldencarers.com/how-to-run-successful-resident-council-meetings/4215/ Also these might give you some ideas as well https://www.goldencarers.com/pdf/3271/ https://www.goldencarers.com/get-download.php?fid=698&pid=3264
I am so grateful for this website and the types of activities it offers. I use it everyday. The clients I serve are receptive to the programs offered. I never ventured into armchair travel until I found this website, and now it is one of the most popular clinics I put on. I also appreciate the Power Point presentations. I hosted the Cowboys and Cowgirls of the Wild West, what a treat! Thank you so much!!!

This is not a template but it might give you some ideas
It’s for resident Council meetings
